Yes. You can book exterior only or inside and out. Interior glass is cleaned by hand.
Can you reach second-story windows?
Yes. The water-fed pole reaches upper floors from the ground, which is safer for us and gentler on your home than ladders.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only work, as long as gates are unlocked and we can reach every window. For interior cleaning, someone needs to let us in.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain does not affect a pure water clean, because rainwater is not what causes spots. In heavy rain or unsafe weather we will reschedule with you.
How should I prepare?
Close all windows, move breakable items away from interior sills if we are cleaning inside, and make sure outdoor water is turned on. We take care of the rest.
