Window Cleaning in Dover, MA

What a large house involves

A Dover home can easily have sixty or more windows, plus glass doors, a pool house and outbuildings. Andy walks the property first, counts the openings and notes anything unusual, such as leaded glass or very high dormers.

You then get a single price for the whole job, and you can choose interior, exterior or both.

Trees, horses and long driveways

This is one of the most wooded towns inside Route 128. Mature trees shade the houses and drop pollen, sap and leaves on them. Properties with paddocks and gravel drives also get fine dust in dry weather.

None of it is difficult to remove, but it does build up. Most of our Dover customers settle on spring and fall visits.

Care around stonework and plantings

Purified water contains no detergent, so run-off will not harm foundation plantings, bluestone or lawn. Hoses are routed around beds, not through them.

Services available in Dover

Andy offers residential window cleaning, commercial window cleaning, skylight, screen and mirror cleaning and oxidation removal in Dover, using the pure water method on exterior glass.

Dover window cleaning questions

Do you clean very large homes?

Yes. Large houses are a regular part of our work in Dover. Andy schedules enough time to do the job properly, which can mean more than one day.

Can you clean pool houses and outbuildings in the same visit?

Yes. Guest houses, pool houses, barns with windows and detached garages can all be included in the estimate.

Will the water harm my garden beds?

No. Exterior glass is cleaned with purified water only. There is no soap or chemical in the run-off.

Do you handle leaded or specialty glass?

We clean it by hand and with care. If a panel looks fragile or loose, Andy will tell you before touching it.
